Service Description

Rate will be determined by the type of event, add ons and the anticipated occupancy. Please inquire about rental pricing. IMPORTANT All rates are for four hours. 25% more from base price will be added for each additional hour. BOOKING FEES Reservations will require 50% of the rental fee. SECURITY FEES Reservations will also require $500 security deposit which will be returned once the venue has been cleared of damages and the premises is vacated in a clean and orderly manner after the event.
