○ Make sure you have a copy of your Hawaii State Health Permit if you are a food vendor

○ Select a package and for a spot below and email or upload your documentation in the application portal below

○ Required documents must be available according to Hawaii State rules and regulations

○ Spaces are limited and all applications will be accepted on a first come first serve basis
